You'll need someone with IAT write access to create your PSA. This can be any CSR, or Heidi Lowe in OIT Web Hosting (as of Oct 2026)

You will receive:

•  A standard username combining your unit ID and regular account name ( "comm-gburdell3")
• A temporary password for first-time login

You must log into Passport with your PSA credentials and enroll it in 2FA:

1. Go to Passport: https://passport.gatech.edu
2. Select a new password (can be seen in the sidebar menu if it doesn't take you straight there.)
3. Choose the "Two-Factor Authentication" sidebar menu item
4. Follow the guided steps to add a phone and connect it to the Duo app, same as for your regular account

Setting up your browser:

A browser session can only store one SSO login session at a time. To manage a login for your regular account and a login session for your PSA, you can:

• Open a new private browser window for your PSA session (good for one-off/brief sessions), OR
• Use Firefox and install the Multi-Account Containers extension and created dedicated tab containers for each account, OR
• Use two different browsers, OR
• Set up separate local-only browser profiles and switch between the two (available on all browsers)
