- Change the version number in the info.yml file and commit. For Hg Reader you must also change the version number at the top of the .module file.
- Publish the latest release; format the release name as e.g. v5.0.1. Make sure the release is based on the correct branch and supply a descriptive, uh, description.
- For gt_theme, gt_tools, and hg_reader, update the relevant xml in web/release_histories in the Comm site.
